CRIF Group, aiming to guarantee the values of integrity and ethical behavior expressed in its Code of Conduct, through this reporting system intends to support and protect anyone intending to report potential violations of laws and regulations issued for example in the areas of corruption, fraud, financial crimes, harassment and discrimination, conflict of interest. As a consequence, please consider that the present reporting channel is dedicated to report regarding violations and crimes, and not to disputes, claims or requests having exclusively a personal nature and/or affecting its own individual working relationships with peers, subordinates or hierarchically figures, or consultancy/collaboration or business partnerships with CRIF Group.

If you have definite knowledge or reasonable suspicion, based on precise and concordant facts, that any of the above conduct has occurred or may occur, you can report it through this platform, which also protect anonymity. Reports having vulgar, offensive or unethical content shall not be processed; furthermore, reports sent in mala fides and with the sole intent to damage rights of others, even if anonymous, could be prosecuted by law and used by competent authorities to determine responsibility.
